Limited Lifetime Warranty
Product covered: 4’x8′ Aluminum Dock Frame (PN10800)
Patriot Docks, LLC provides a limited lifetime warranty for the Aluminum Dock Frame to the original purchaser only when purchased new from an authorized dealer. The Aluminum Dock Frame is not warranted in conjunction with other products not manufactured by Patriot Docks, LLC.
Intended Use
Patriot Aluminum Dock Frames are intended to be assembled and installed as residential, freshwater stationary, or roll-in piers only and are not intended for any other use. The limited warranty is valid only when used for the intended application. Purchasers should fully inspect each Aluminum Dock Frame before installing it. The Aluminum Dock Frame is not intended for commercial, floating, brackish, or saltwater applications (please see “Floating and Saltwater Prevailing Warranty” at the bottom of this page for more information).
General Handling Restrictions
A warranty claim may be denied if there is evidence of, but not limited to, the following restrictions. The Dock Frame must not be pushed or pulled by a motorized vehicle, manually or electronically winched, moved with decking installed, or if the Dock Frame has been improperly supported, installed, removed, or stored.
Warranty
Providing that the Aluminum Frame is assembled and installed per the instructions supplied, Patriot Docks, LLC warrants that the Aluminum Dock Frame is free from workmanship defects under normal conditions. Warranty does not include damage from negligence, vandalism, acts of God (including all storms), snow loading or improper seasonal installation, removal, storage, or any of the for-mentioned restrictions. After a claim has been submitted and reviewed, upon approval, Patriot Docks, LLC will then provide a replacement component(s) for which the claim was approved. The replacement component(s) will be an inspected piece(s) deemed structurally sound and in good working order. US Dock and Canopy, LLC will not be responsible for any shipping expense associated with replacement parts.
Warranty Limitations
The successful performance of the Aluminum Dock Frame is dependent upon many factors beyond our control. Therefore, except for such replacement or refund outlined above, Patriot Docks, LLC:
- MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, and DESIGN CAPABILITY OR MERCHANT ABILITY RESPECTING ITS PRODUCTS.
- Under no circumstances shall Patriot Docks, LLC be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, damage to or loss of product, loss of profits, or revenue. The price stated for the products is a consideration in limiting US Dock and Canopy, LLC liability and buyer’s remedy.
- This limited warranty shall not apply to any product subject to misuse due to common negligence or accident nor to any product made by the seller not used in accordance with the printed instructions or specifications of Patriot Docks, LLC or that have been beyond the represented and rated capacity of the product.
- This limited warranty is applicable only to those parties heretofore mentioned, and is not assignable, transferable nor will it insure to the benefit of any sub-purchaser of the original equipment manufacturer other than the original retail purchaser.
- Application may be subject to local building codes and is the responsibility of the purchaser to adhere to them.
- As stated above, Patriot Docks, LLC reserves the right to inspect all products claimed to be defective or damaged under the terms of the warranty.
- Patriot Docks, LLC limits of warranty are defective material replaced, repaired, or credited against further purchases. All information and data provided at the time of writing are believed to be accurate and complete, however, are provided without any guarantee or responsibility of any kind, expressed or implied. 2 Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Product covered: Aluminum Dock Jack (PN10840, PN10825, PN10819, PN10841, PN10844)
Patriot Docks, LLC provides a 2-year craftsmanship warranty for Aluminum Dock Levelers to the original purchaser only when purchased new from an authorized dealer. The warranty does NOT cover the accessories commonly associated with the Aluminum Dock Leveler (i.e. Drop Leg or Axle attachments). Patriot Docks, LLC reserves full discretion in honoring or denying any claim in the event The Aluminum Dock Leveler is used in conjunction with any other product not manufactured by Patriot Docks, LLC.

Patriot Aluminum Dock Levelers are intended to be installed on Patriot Dock, Boat Lift, and Canopy Frames only and are not intended for any other use. These items are designed for residential, freshwater applications only. The limited warranty is valid only when used for the intended application. Purchasers should fully inspect each Aluminum Dock Leveler before installing. The Aluminum Dock Leveler is not intended for brackish or saltwater applications.

Providing that the Aluminum Dock Leveler is installed per the instructions supplied, Patriot Docks, LLC warrants that the Aluminum Dock Leveler is free from workmanship defects under normal conditions within the first two years from the date of purchase. If a mechanical or structural defect occurs within the first two years from the date of purchase, Patriot Docks, LLC will replace the specific defective component only and does not warrant labor or the cost of labor. Patriot Docks, LLC will not be responsible for any shipping expense associated with replacement parts.

15 Year Pro-Rated Warranty

Patriot Docks, LLC provides a limited warranty for aluminum Patriot Decking™ decking panels to the original purchaser only when purchased from an authorized dealer.
Intended Use
Patriot Decking™ panels are intended to be installed on marine docks as decking and are not intended for any other use. The limited warranty is valid only when used for the intended application. Decking must be installed to comply with the manufacturer’s minimum specifications to meet warranty requirements. Purchasers should fully inspect each Patriot Decking™ panel at the time of delivery and before installation.
Aluminum Patriot Decking™ Warranty
Providing that the aluminum dock panels are installed as per the instructions supplied and meet the manufacturer’s minimum requirements, Patriot Docks, LLC warrants that the aluminum dock panel will not fail due to normal use. Aluminum decking failure does not include scratching or fading of the finish. Patriot Docks, LLC will not be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with replacement parts.
Term
Patriot Docks, LLC provides a full repair or replacement warranty for the first two years after the purchase date and a limited warranty from two to fifteen years after the date of purchase. The limited warranty provides replacement at a percentage discount off the current manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Patriot Docks, LLC may repair, replace or provide a full or partial refund at its sole discretion according to the following terms. The claimant must present the defective panels to the authorized dealer from which they were originally purchased along with the original purchase invoice or receipt. The dealer will then submit a warranty claim to Patriot Docks, LLC. If Patriot Docks, LLC certifies that the items are indeed defective, Patriot Docks, LLC will repair, replace or provide a prorated discount on the replacement of the defective Patriot Decking™ panels as follows:

Patriot Docks, LLC provides a limited pro-rated warranty for poly Patriot Decking™ decking panels to the original purchaser only when purchased from an authorized dealer.
Intended Use
Patriot Decking™ panels are intended to be installed on marine docks as decking and are not intended for any other use. The limited warranty is valid only when used for the intended application. Purchasers should fully inspect each Patriot Decking™ panel at the time of delivery and before installation.
Plastic Patriot Decking™ Warranty
Providing that the poly dock panels are installed as per the instructions supplied, Patriot Docks, LLC warrants that the poly dock panel will not fail due to normal use. Poly decking failure does not include scratching or fading. Patriot Docks, LLC will not be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with replacement parts.
Term
Patriot Docks, LLC provides a full repair or replacement warranty for the first two years after the purchase date and a prorated warranty from two to twelve years after the date of purchase. The prorated warranty provides replacement at a percentage discount off the current manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Patriot Docks, LLC may repair, replace or provide a full or partial refund at its sole discretion according to the following terms. The claimant must present the defective panels to the authorized dealer from which they were originally purchased along with the original purchase invoice or receipt. The dealer will then submit a warranty claim to Patriot Docks, LLC. If Patriot Docks, LLC certifies that the items are indeed defective, Patriot Docks, LLC will repair, replace or provide a prorated discount on the replacement of the defective Patriot Decking™ panels as follows:
Year 1: Full Replacement
Year 3: Replacement at 9% of MSRP
Year 5: Replacement at 27% of MSRP
Year 7: Replacement at 45% of MSRP
Year 9: Replacement at 63% of MSRP
Year 11: Replacement at 81% of MSRP
Year 2: Full Replacement
Year 4: Replacement at 18% of MSRP
Year 6: Replacement at 36% of MSR
Year 8: Replacement at 54% of MSRP
Year 10: Replacement at 72% of MSRP
Year 12: Replacement at 90% of MSRP

Non-Residential, Floating Structure and Saltwater Prevailing Warranties
Product Covered: Aluminum Truss Frame (PN10800)
Non-Residential Warranty
Due to factors outside of the manufacturer’s control, any product that is covered by one of the manufacturer’s warranties, that is used for a non-residential application, including but not limited to, use for commercial gain or open public water access, will have the warranty term reduced to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Floating Structure Warranty
Due to factors outside of the manufacturer’s control, any product that is covered by one of the manufacturer’s warranties, if used for a floating application will have the warranty term reduced to 1 year from the date of purchase.
Saltwater Prevailing Warranty
Due to factors outside of the manufacturer’s control, any product that is covered by one of the manufacturer’s warranties, that is not designed for saltwater, will have the warranty term reduced to 1 year from the date of purchase if used in brackish or saltwater conditions.
