At Aqua Gear Supply, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist you with a return within the guidelines outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility

All items: You can return any product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

Dock Packages: Our dock packages from Patriot Docks and Connect-A-Dock are subject to specific restocking fees:
- Patriot Dock packages: 15% restocking fee

Connect-A-Dock packages: 25% restocking fee
Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 833-287-2782 or help@aquagearsupply.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be ready to provide your order number, details of the product(s), and any photos if applicable (e.g., if the product is damaged).

Step 2: Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a return authorization (RA) and provide instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Large Item Returns: For large items like boat docks, you may need to arrange for LTL freight shipping. If you need assistance with shipping, please contact our customer service team at 833-287-2782 or help@aquagearsupply.com for guidance.
4. Refunds & Restocking Fees

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees for dock packages.

Restocking Fees: The following restocking fees apply to dock packages:
- Patriot Dock: 15%
- Connect-A-Dock: 25%

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used and are no longer in like-new condition cannot be returned. Please ensure that products are in their original condition for return eligibility.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will provide a prepaid shipping label for return and offer either a replacement or full refund.
