Couldn't be more happy with the purchase.

We purchased a beautiful dock from Aqua Gear. Keith provided amazing customer service and we couldn't be more happy.

First, I placed the order to the wrong shipping address. I emailed to ask it to be corrected, and Dennis replied bery quickly that it was no problem, and that it had already been corrected. The dock was well packed, arrived without acratch or blemish, and went together with a few hours of screwing in a bunch of bolts. The Patriot Dock instructions are outstanding! The pictures and diagrams are actually understandable, detailed and helpful. A neighbor had a smaller dock built locally for twice the money, less surface area, and less stability. I can’t recommend Patriot Docks and Aqua Gear Supply enough!

The two sections of 4’ x 8’ aluminum dock were priced very fairly. I was a little nervous about it taking too long to get here so I called them to see about expedited shipping iand the price was just out of my reach, but they assured me as soon as they see the order come across their desk they would ship it out immediately and that they did. Which allowed me to get my dock project done on time. Very good people to work with.!!!!

Have the low profile solar deck lights on our dock on the ICW in a very salty environment and they are doing great. All worked out of the package, all mounted exactly as advertised, and the classy look they add to the dock is perfect. The light that they emit is plenty to the degree that we staggered them along every other dock piling to avoid looking like a runway and they look amazing. Have gotten countless compliments from neighbors and friends who have seen them illuminated. Worth every penny!

We decided on going this prefab route, as was so much more reasonable than building it..
We LOVED working with Keith at Aqua Gear!! He was so helpful & accessible through the whole project!! It was shipped out so quickly (and we’re all the way in California & with 3 people, in the water the same day!!! We chose grey poly decking which was absolutely perfect as we have very warm weather at times & feel it’ll be slip proof and cool to walk in! Super impressed with the laser cut pieces, which easily fit together without any tweaking needing done!!
