Returns on Paddlesports Inflatables
- To return paddle products, kayaks or SUPs must be in like-new condition with the original packaging.
- Returns may be initiated by emailing us at help@aquagearsupply.com. Please include your order number and specify which item(s) you would like to return in the body of the email. Once approved, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. Customer is responsible for return packaging.
Returns on Lakefront/Residential Inflatables
- To qualify for a refund, residential products must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated by emailing us at help@aquagearsupply.com. Please include your order number and specify which item(s) you would like to return in the body of the email.
- Any shipping costs for residential returns will be handled by the consumer. We recommend utilizing a service that allows for package tracking.
